The life inside my mind

Have you ever experience this kind of situation at work?
My boss who calls anytime he wants just gave another work load for me.

He always like the way everything is favorable to him. Well, I completely undestand that as he wants the best for his company and showingly says the same with his employee even unfortunately not.

I guess every employee has the same story and bitter moments towards their employer.

What they dont understand is that every work load should always equate to acceptable salary. We are putting our lives to operate their business and in return they pay us for our services.

However, I feel being used and tired for what? I dont know. I am no longer happy. Its not reasonable to burden someone without considering how he/she would feel taking that burden. Have you ever given a problem as if its your job and you dont have a choice but to solve it? How do you feel? It is worth the pay of the stress it gives out? I dont think so.

The main idea why human beings are working are to sustain life. We have our different story on how to earn money. Some would be envious to hear and other has a hard time earning a penny. For people who are less unfortunate like me, its seems that we dont have much options but to bite what is being serve to us.

Lets change the scenario. What if you can say no to what is being given to you?You'd say to your boss that 'I don't like to work on this'. I could definitely see the flame in his eyes if he did hear this response. Hahaha. Since most of us anticipate the outcomes of our actions based on the experience of others and the books we've read its only normal that we don't do such stupid things. For the reason that we have a more creative sense of thinking which is e.g. making an excuse and much more acceptable to the ear of our supervisors. Clever indeed.

Another question. Have you ever been stagnant (lets say in an early 20's after graduating and working for a year)of what your life should be? I kept on saying to my friends that everyone had their first time and we always have a unique reaction towards the decision we make. We can only be 18, 19, and so on once in our lifetime and we usually make our decision based on the experience of other people; on how the society usually react on that age group while adding our own contribution of uniqueness.

My Handsome Dad

Jake never wished to have a handsome dad unfortunately he did. He also have two siblings James and Jack. Lastly, his plane mom Amie is a loving mother to her children.

He shared their story and here it is as he read in his class..

My mom and dad had their own lives and was old enough to make so much mistakes. The contribution came much more from my dad. I would just say he's handsome period. 

Having a handsome dad is not recommendable. It comes with a lot of problems. He might said he is just a human being prone to make mistakes. I guess this is the usual reasoning of many and I dont want to argue with it as men have accepted this in their culture.

My handsome dad is not handsome to his children. Although, he doesn't know even he is guilty of being handsome we still loved him with all our heart. 

Sometimes I wished, he is not handsome and had been the usual normal dad but I guess its too late now cause I grew up fast. 

As I grew and mature, I could compare how would be the life with a handsome to a normal dad.

Its so different. My plain mom could have someone to help in the house and to continue to built our home but as I've said he is a handsome dad and nothing could be done on this.

All the duties of the handsome dad will then pass to his childrens.. 50 percent would go to the eldest, 30 to the second and 10 to the youngest. Take note, the duties are not parallel to their age but they dont have a choice but to take it.

As the childrens take the duties, expect to encounter hardships. They will reduce playing and sleeping as they have a new role to work on. 

The plain mother would have to double time to look after her childrens. Its a tough job but nobody has a choice because they all need to fill in the responsibility of the handsome dad or else the remaining home will collapse.

Customer right in Dubai

Today, I've decided to collect the eye glasses that I've bought. The 2 working days are their usual procedure when you also ask to replace its lenses.

After collecting it, I straightly went home.  My sister saw it while she was ironing her clothes and asked how much did I spend for it. I've paused for a while then replied 'its just cheap' (truth is, I dont want to say how much it really cost because I know how she would react) and then I continued to inspect the eyeglasses having an excited whim. Few minutes had passed, my face was starting to frown.. I was upset to see a small gap on the right joint of its leg while the left is looking fine. I was mad to notice it as I bought it brandnew...  I kept on looking if there are more to be upset and I was right.. Sigh sigh sigh...

I came back to the shop.. Told the lady the issue and politely ask that I wanted  this to be replaced because its reject. I like it to be replaced with the same style as I continued but the representative said it only comes  in one piece. I was furious to hear that because its not what the other representative have mentioned.. Beth the lady who assisted me before said that' they have another stock and I dont have to worry about it..' that pushed my guts to purchase it.. 

Now beth the rep who assisted me is not in the store when I came and her colleagues asked me to comeback as she was the one who assisted me. This particular reasoning stroke a lightning into my ear. The rep who is there should have assisted me and manage to resolve my issue. I dont have the luxury of time to return back and forth. So now, I am fully convinced to refund my money. I will go as far as to complaint if things will go worst.

Why? 

1. I bought an expensive eyeglasses expecting a strict quality product control.

2. They changed the lenses without even checking the frame of the eye glasses if there was a gap. This consumed 2 working days.

3. I came back to collect it when I got home I return back to ask why there was a gap and the glasses are not symmetrical. They ask me to return and wair for beth tomorrow to talk to her.

4. My time is being wasted and could have been used to other productive things than trying to communicate to them to replace it because they have failed to have a quality control.

5. They made me upset and mad.. really mad.

I have thought everything that would make you feel better and let my own self be forgotten by my own mind.

I guess this is how you feel when happiness turned into a person.

You will give anything.

You will want to see that reason everyday.

Its crazy but you will feel something is different inside you. Its just full of bliss.

But I guess.. You will figure out when to stop... That what happiness to you is not the same happiness to that person. 

I didnt regret the journey.

EMPLOYEE vs. EMPLOYER

Today, it was the second happiest time of my life, indeed its 2015. My long trecherous battle has ended. 

My previous employer had spoken to me with a bit of his fake drama. It all started when he blamed me for misusing a sim card which was issued to another person. He said that the person can no longer pay the dues hence he saw me and put the blame without any hesitation.

Of coarse, I am not stupid and just take in whatever people provide me. My life is not a catch basin or a scape goat of whatever problems people have. I have my own problems of myself. To continue my story, being blamed for no apparent reason is not acceptable by any means. The next step I made was I lodge a complain against the company. I could say that Ministry of Labour was one of the productive goverment body of Dubai, they are pro employees. 

The complain then prompted the company to take action as their trade license was immediately blocked in the Immigration ( It means that they cannot process anything in the Government of Dubai until may complain has been settled) (My heart was full of bliss when I found this information). 

After several encounter, they gave me what should be mine. Clap clap clap!

So today, I took my passport to the old  dungeon and spoke to the CEO, he said that ' you took something forcefully which I am not willing to give'.. 

I responded..'you started it, I am just taking what should have been mine'.

He almost cried as if I was the reason of his distress. (This the fake drama).

Well, my life has been wasted as well because of some people's greediness. Your business will not prosper as this is how you treat your hardworking employee. You should give them respect because they are making you rich and giving excessive food on your table. 

It never us who need you, remember that we need each other. Dont try to mock people because of their status. Sometimes they have the perseverance to put you down and your business might  turn into ashes.

The next chapter of my journey is on going now. I've learned a lot on this  challege. I was amazed on how I acted in the time of darkness. I could be strong if if I wanted to. You will be responsible to whatever you do in your life. If someone blame you, take all the courage to give it back to them with twice as hard as you had experience.

I salute all the work force employees abroad. 

4AM Mind

Its January 2nd of 2015, most people had their first selfie and photos shared on facebook with a caption 'positive vibe for 2015'. People have that usual rush of good expectation. They say 2015 would their year and this is the first blank page of 365 book page of their blah blah blah.. Nonsense, its always fairy tale to think of the future.

I dont hate the world by saying that, but I want to let people realize everything you've done last 2014 is connected today. You grew up today because you've learn a lot yesterday. Its not that last year has been erased and that you can clean up everything. If you have been  pregnant last year you need to realize what would be next to this chapter.

More babies to come each year? 

Be more responsible now that its 2015. 

I cannot give advice on each of your lives. You need to figure it out.

We have this usual cycle.. Go to school, make a good grades, go to college afterwhich find a decent job create your own family.. More happy memories then die. Not a blissful ending but its the usual life cycle. I dont say this because its a pattern. I'm saying we could change  it the way we wanted. Just like a new resto called create your own pizza. (Wait just to let you know, I am not endorsing or anything).

Most of my generation are on their early stage of 20's. Its on a stage of experiment, most college friends try to brag their office, the benefits theyre in to, the first pay check, their newly furnish house etcetera etcetera.. Its usual.. This is also the time that you create your foundation for the future. This is not the time to party, get laid or whatever but I guess most people just want to enjoy life. Later on they willl just realize thing and then pacify their self that it happens 'i dont regret it' its bullsh*t. You know, the truth is..its not enjoyable that you dont have money, that you can't afford what you want, that you need to work extra hours to earn cash, that if you loose your job your nowhere to go. Everything is unstable. Now, start to create your stronghold foundation. 

Of coarse, I know that you are expecting more cash on this 2015. Let me ask, have you done anything to start earning? Maybe youre thinking that you have a great job. This will not make you rich. You dont own the company to relax but just a mere employee. (My apology for being to rash). To give you a hint, you need to connect where the money goes. I dont mean that you rob a bank, think more highly you dont need to push someone to give you things. You can make them give it to you at ease. Its all in your mind.

Dont be afraid. Don't be afraid that people may hate you for going on to the current. Its trial and error. There is no perfect formula but an open personality can start to built your mind set.

To end this insanity of mine, let 2015 be the execution of what you have started last 2014. Claim to make things yours at this year. Break the usual routine. Think of your goals. What you want in life? Get it.
