The life inside my mind

Have you ever experience this kind of situation at work?
My boss who calls anytime he wants just gave another work load for me.

He always like the way everything is favorable to him. Well, I completely undestand that as he wants the best for his company and showingly says the same with his employee even unfortunately not.

I guess every employee has the same story and bitter moments towards their employer.

What they dont understand is that every work load should always equate to acceptable salary. We are putting our lives to operate their business and in return they pay us for our services.

However, I feel being used and tired for what? I dont know. I am no longer happy. Its not reasonable to burden someone without considering how he/she would feel taking that burden. Have you ever given a problem as if its your job and you dont have a choice but to solve it? How do you feel? It is worth the pay of the stress it gives out? I dont think so.

The main idea why human beings are working are to sustain life. We have our different story on how to earn money. Some would be envious to hear and other has a hard time earning a penny. For people who are less unfortunate like me, its seems that we dont have much options but to bite what is being serve to us.

Lets change the scenario. What if you can say no to what is being given to you?You'd say to your boss that 'I don't like to work on this'. I could definitely see the flame in his eyes if he did hear this response. Hahaha. Since most of us anticipate the outcomes of our actions based on the experience of others and the books we've read its only normal that we don't do such stupid things. For the reason that we have a more creative sense of thinking which is e.g. making an excuse and much more acceptable to the ear of our supervisors. Clever indeed.

Another question. Have you ever been stagnant (lets say in an early 20's after graduating and working for a year)of what your life should be? I kept on saying to my friends that everyone had their first time and we always have a unique reaction towards the decision we make. We can only be 18, 19, and so on once in our lifetime and we usually make our decision based on the experience of other people; on how the society usually react on that age group while adding our own contribution of uniqueness.

EMPLOYEE vs. EMPLOYER

Today, it was the second happiest time of my life, indeed its 2015. My long trecherous battle has ended. 

My previous employer had spoken to me with a bit of his fake drama. It all started when he blamed me for misusing a sim card which was issued to another person. He said that the person can no longer pay the dues hence he saw me and put the blame without any hesitation.

Of coarse, I am not stupid and just take in whatever people provide me. My life is not a catch basin or a scape goat of whatever problems people have. I have my own problems of myself. To continue my story, being blamed for no apparent reason is not acceptable by any means. The next step I made was I lodge a complain against the company. I could say that Ministry of Labour was one of the productive goverment body of Dubai, they are pro employees. 

The complain then prompted the company to take action as their trade license was immediately blocked in the Immigration ( It means that they cannot process anything in the Government of Dubai until may complain has been settled) (My heart was full of bliss when I found this information). 

After several encounter, they gave me what should be mine. Clap clap clap!

So today, I took my passport to the old  dungeon and spoke to the CEO, he said that ' you took something forcefully which I am not willing to give'.. 

I responded..'you started it, I am just taking what should have been mine'.

He almost cried as if I was the reason of his distress. (This the fake drama).

Well, my life has been wasted as well because of some people's greediness. Your business will not prosper as this is how you treat your hardworking employee. You should give them respect because they are making you rich and giving excessive food on your table. 

It never us who need you, remember that we need each other. Dont try to mock people because of their status. Sometimes they have the perseverance to put you down and your business might  turn into ashes.

The next chapter of my journey is on going now. I've learned a lot on this  challege. I was amazed on how I acted in the time of darkness. I could be strong if if I wanted to. You will be responsible to whatever you do in your life. If someone blame you, take all the courage to give it back to them with twice as hard as you had experience.
