After collecting it, I straightly went home. My sister saw it while she was ironing her clothes and asked how much did I spend for it. I've paused for a while then replied 'its just cheap' (truth is, I dont want to say how much it really cost because I know how she would react) and then I continued to inspect the eyeglasses having an excited whim. Few minutes had passed, my face was starting to frown.. I was upset to see a small gap on the right joint of its leg while the left is looking fine. I was mad to notice it as I bought it brandnew... I kept on looking if there are more to be upset and I was right.. Sigh sigh sigh...
I came back to the shop.. Told the lady the issue and politely ask that I wanted this to be replaced because its reject. I like it to be replaced with the same style as I continued but the representative said it only comes in one piece. I was furious to hear that because its not what the other representative have mentioned.. Beth the lady who assisted me before said that' they have another stock and I dont have to worry about it..' that pushed my guts to purchase it..
Now beth the rep who assisted me is not in the store when I came and her colleagues asked me to comeback as she was the one who assisted me. This particular reasoning stroke a lightning into my ear. The rep who is there should have assisted me and manage to resolve my issue. I dont have the luxury of time to return back and forth. So now, I am fully convinced to refund my money. I will go as far as to complaint if things will go worst.
Why?
1. I bought an expensive eyeglasses expecting a strict quality product control.
2. They changed the lenses without even checking the frame of the eye glasses if there was a gap. This consumed 2 working days.
3. I came back to collect it when I got home I return back to ask why there was a gap and the glasses are not symmetrical. They ask me to return and wair for beth tomorrow to talk to her.
4. My time is being wasted and could have been used to other productive things than trying to communicate to them to replace it because they have failed to have a quality control.
5. They made me upset and mad.. really mad.
