No to Domestic Jobs for Filipino

@4summernight: My dream is to unleash all Filipino domestic employees out from their foreign employers and exterminate the domestic jobs. Ask me why.

I guess its normal on Facebook feeds to see Filipino's confessing their struggle with their domestic employers. We could see their unacceptable pain and agony on how they are being treated which is similar to slaves. Most of them are being bitten, raped, slapped, tortured and poured with hot boiling water. It's not enough that our embassy saved them but to exterminate jobs opportunities for domestic helpers.

I understand that the work it self is a decent job but I would like to enlarge everyone's thinking that it degrades us and we let our own brother and sister put in a box as if that is their only capabilities. Have you ever seen any Western Nationality work as domestic helper? If the answer is not, then why there is a huge asian country who work as one? The problem here is that, they are all victims that this work is the only opportunity for them to elevate their lives that by being slaves to another foreign family will provide enough money to create their lives sufficiently.

If the government and the community are effectively educating this people about many great length of opportunity other than being a domestic helper, I would definitely gonna guarantee that there would be no domestic helper being battered, there would be no victim's creating videos and showing how they're being devastated anf hopelessly asking for help.

We elevate our selves as a highest form  of being and acknowledge that learning is infinite. Everyone has an options, if the government is very reluctant to let us put into this circumstances many people will still go abroad and make themselves slaves.

I hope the leaders on our country could be able to read this and not just argue that it will harm the economy. The people are the most important consideration a government should taken care of, there should be zero compromisation when it comes to its people's security.

How to work in Dubai?

There are several ways to go abroad but I would be sharing how to come here and find a job.

Most people who came here have relatives to support them as they know more a lot the rules but for the readers who don't have and wish to try their opportunities here, the following information is beneficial for you.

To get visa, you can apply with the travel agencies here in UAE, you can go to Mardan travels and ask them to process your tourist visa. They will need a copy of your passport and AED 1000 to AED 1200 thats approximately 14,400 in peso. You must atleast 18 years old to guarantee the approval of your visa.

Once you have a visa, you can start applying for work even you're still at yoir home country. You can go to dubizzle.com and upload your cv then you can search vacancies for the job categories you have. If an employer have called you tell them you are just on vacation and will return in a week. Send as many cv as you can to reach more employer.

While you are arranging your itinerary from your home county to Dubai (dxb) you need atleast 20,000 pesos (AED 1500) to sustain yourself and provide rent for your accomodation. As much as possible, dont waste your time for pleasure once you have arrived because the tourist visa is only valid for 30days. You can enjoy after you have secured an offer letter.

You can comment if you have any inquiries.

Trading at Markets.com

I just recently join Markets.com and was indulged into trading but was unfortunately being held up with their scammers customer services.

They will gonna call you and will not stop till you fund your account and then  afterwards try to convince you that the market is doing excellent. That a representative will call and teach you trade. Another trick that they usually muster to salivate your excitement is the bonus amount theyre going to give once you've provided USD100. Please for the sake of being at peace and saving your time for anticipated inconvience, don't fund any of the account. Never let yourself be influence by them. My money was still being held up with them. Once you've provided the money they've ask-- theyre going to ask you to fund it more and in a much higher rate. It's all a lie. Its too good to be true.

Save yourself.

ST. Lukes needs to upgrade their WIFI Sickness

18 April 2015 0209hrs.lt in Dubai, UAE

I am actually about to sleep now, one more wink and would almost get me snoring but then I heard a pop out message from my mom via FB messenger. Actually, I was in conversation with her the whole day but was being cut in the middle of every chat due to the poor internet connection back there. She is currently checked in at St. Luke's in Quezon City. I must say that we have been their customers since the start of pregnancy till birth of my two nephews, they’re about to be 3 years old now. At the moment, my niece who was less than 2 weeks old has been confined due to infection. Of course as a loving relative and second mom overseas my thoughts of technology has its own way to reach them. The cheaper would be Facebook and Skype but it was almost impossible because the hospital that they are currently in was too slow to get my response.

The said hospital is not a secret that its services are calibrated and world class. However, their turtle WIFI sucks, this feeling wouldn't come arise when the expensive bill is being justified by the complete amenities that they offer. Almost all kinds of treatment that we experience are being consulted to them and so far the way they provide their care was always been a satisfaction to us. I understand that this is a hospital not a computer cafe and your most concern was to treat patients but you cater people whom loves to be connected online. I am actually giving you a hint on how you can maintain esteem and if this small concern could be upgraded I would be staying at your canteen than on Starbucks or any other places.

My intention to be connected to them in times of sickness was a great way to make them feel my love coming pass through my messages. Honestly, it’s hard that you’re not at their presence to assist and give them a hand but at least St. Luke's could take a look at this gap of communication.
Hopefully, this message would reach the intended recipient. This is not to criticize or brag but to elevate the services that could still be improve.

Life on Marriage

April 10, 2015 1140hrs.lt.

I have a colleague in the office, she just recently joined our team last January 2015.
She was actually excited on the new things and was amazed by how much salary she gets compared to her situation back to her home country where her struggle was times three. She then shared that her happiness has regained as she can provide all her wants now and even managed to support her family without the stress of budgeting unlike her income.

Her job indeed pays more than she can think of however as we get to our mid conversation she was in agony on how to persuade his husband as she wants to bring her spouse here so he could realize that there is more life waiting for him than on that small Island they’re currently exist in and that the opportunity was unlimited if one is hardworking.

Unfortunately, the Husband was able to see the definition of life back home. He is currently the Chief Fire Man personnel and all their Barangay look up to him with kind & respect. He explained to her OFW wife that our earnings are sufficient enough to meet the daily needs with consideration to their two sons who’s in elementary. He continued, it would be much happier if she will come home and be with them to make a simple life.

The OFW wife was upset hearing it from her husband which she previously recalls that it was completely different from the thought he said before which she mentioned that he have a bigger dreams than staying in their island and that he doesn't want to settle for less.

I was of course was just listening to her sentiments, I could see that she was excited with the new environment she saw was best suited for her needs. Here, Money is Power. You could buy the things that you want if you have this kind of Power. You can pamper yourself and get much more options.
Until she get over and have satisfied enough from the material things this land has to offer. I could for sure see that she will get to what her husband has seen in the Island that made him stay.

In life we need to ask ourselves what is the most important thing to us. We should figure out if the action that we are doing is similar to our beliefs. Struggle/Stress arise when the thought that we have is different to what we do.
In Marriage, both people who have come in front of god had promised the internal commitment of Love for each other through whatever problem it may arise as they go through with life. We need to remind ourselves as time crouch in manner that we don’t expect until it’s too late.

People skill

Today, I've persuaded my sister and brother in law to go out and eat some pizza as I was craving for eat. Seems everyone has also the same salivation as mine hence we went out and arrive at pizza restaurant in the strip of rigga.

My sister whose usual order was caesar's salad with a default phrase of 'I'm on a diet'. Then, the waitress came to look at me to take my order, told her two medium size pizza (seafood & hawaiian). That's it! Everyone are satisfied with what we had. We just need to wait for them to serve it.

So, the salad came out first.. both my sister and brother in law rush in to take their bite. I was busy during this time looking out my phone. Afterwards, my sister asked me to try it as both of them satisfactory was overwhelmed. Looking at their faces, I seemingly felt envious churning up the leafy salad in their mouth so I took my fork and let one leaf touch my mouth. K done. I eat it.

The fun part came out. After the salad was almost cleaned up, we came to see a very healthy worm underneath the bottom of the plate waiting for us to finish the whole serving before showing up. The usual reaction of course was to get the attention of the waiter which have called the attention of the manager. He was indeed upset to see it explaining that his crew was cleaning everything sinceorning and that he is out of words with it. Given that all of us was also in the same industry were we deal with people and had been in the same shoe similar to the manager, we just replied that it was fine and that this is something that nobody had anticipate.

Then we let it passed, there came our other order the pizzas. We seems forget the worm incident and was so entice with the pizza. After, we've finished and almost can breath, we asked for the bill. The manager came to us again and was still sorry for what had happened as such he was humble to provide us not to pay for the bill but both my sister and brother  was insisting that we still had enjoyed the pizza. Given that the manager will not allow us to pay then we had accepted his complimentary to us and was uplifted to say that this will never happen again.

Moral of story: Always put your self to the other person's shoe.
Everything can be settled in a nice manner were both sides are satisfied.
When dealing with people, when you sow empathy and honest concern towards them then be prepared to accept the same
