EAT IT.

Currently I'm eating and I know that you dont care about it. But what  I do care is that why it's very hard to lose weight? It's a stupid question right? You will probably say come on, its easy STOP EATING thats it! The fact that loosing weight is not simple. That is why I had this thinking umm what are the things connected to gaining weight. Here are some of the stereotypes that most of you will probably think.

1. Common Sense:Your eating a lot.
2. Psychological feeling: You're depressed, you had a bad day so you resort to eating.
3. Stress reliever: Ice cream are the best medicine to end the day happy. I don't care if get fat.
4. Genes: My boyfriend, family, & friends are fat so you're just being a good fan of them by being like them.
5.  Perspective: Fats are just Fats, it doesn't make me a less person but it will make me a big one

Being here as an expat has gained me alot of grease. They're very happy in my body. There is nothing wrong if you choose be on the XL or XXL group. Humans are great cooks, I know that. Everyday they are inventing how all of us could be indulge on the food they create. But you have a choice, I dont care if you love to eat healty food or the usual things you saw on walmart store.

If your enjoying to eat, I'm happy that you do. What you need to ask next is that. Was the enjoyment gonna last? If still yes, then go on. I'm not endorsing you to stop eating or push yourself more. What I want to share is that, your choice, your life. Whatever you feel at this specific moment is your choice. The sweetness of food are like drugs, I can't deny it.
