The Greatest Salesman in the World by Og Mandino

This year of 2016, I challenge myself to read morethan I have read last year. So, as a fresh start I came to meet Og Mandino's the Greatest Salesman in the world.

This classic story has the potential to change your life. He narrates a familiar historical scenario of Hafid and how he came to be the greatest salesman from being a mere Camel boy. It has its own twist that makes you read more on one seating.

As we often hear with all the past legendary people, he define the importance of time-- a man has on earth. Turning on the last page of life is similar to a hourglass. You must utilize and critically ponder how you would want to invest it.

"Time is the most precious commodity I posses and the hour of glass of my life is already filled."

"Time teach all things to he who lives forever but I have not the luxury of eternity. Yet within my alloted time I must practice the art of patience for nature acts never in haste. To create the olive king of all the trees, a hundred years is required."

Remember that Olive king is a tree and however we want to make it similar to us. It will not, we're human being.

Never engage into 'Meaningless experience.' It is not necessary that you must do 1,2,3,4,5. If 2 & 3 are similar to 1 then jump right away to 4, chose only those that will give you growth.

"Time teach all things to he who lives forever but I have not the luxury of eternity."

"Furthermore, experience is comparable to fashion; an action that proved successful today will be unworkable and impractical tomorrow."

There are skills that you must acquire of you want to be the greatest salesman. Make it a habit and live with it everyday.

"Scroll II
I will greet this day with love in my heart.
Scroll III
I will persist until I suceed.
I was not delivered into this world in defeat, nor does failure course in my vein. I am not a sheep waiting to be prodded by my shepperf. I am a lion  and I refuse to talk, to walk to sleep with the sheep. I will hear not those who weap and complain, for their disease are contagious. Let them join the sheep. The slaughterhouse of failure is not my destiny."

The most important thing is to....

"Never will I allow any day to end with a failure.

You are this and its a leverage.
"I am rare and there's a value in all rarity."

"Scoll VII
Today I will multiply my value a hundred fold
But to grow to full stature the wheat must wait for the whims of nature.
I need not to wait for I have the power to choose my own destiny."

"In setting my goal, I will consider my best performance in the past and multiply it a hundredfold. This will be the standard that I will live in the future."

"To surpass the deeds of other is unimportant; to surpass my own deeds is all."

"Action is the food and drink that will nourish my success. I will act now."

"Only actions determine my value in the market place and to multiply my value I will multiply my actions."

"Never will I pray for the material  of this world. I am not calling a servant to bring me food. I am not ordering an innkeeper to provide me with room. Never will I seek delivery of gold, love, good health, petry victories, fame, success, or happiness. Only guidance will I pray, that I will be shown this way to acquire these things, and my prayers are always be answered."

This is a short but self fulfilling book. You would often hear Og Mandino and this is the very reason that his name matter to be uttered. With the great share he did to uplift the abilities of humanity.
