The Vice President Binay Crusade

You would see that vice president Binay have a strong hold of power with the mass specially for the Filipino people who is dying to experience complete change, count me in.

The theme that made him the VP of the Philippines is the tag slogan that 'make the living condition of the entire Philippines just like the City of Makati status (central capital for business).

In Makati, Hospital's are free for the residents. Education and scholarship is also part of their programs. Most elite people are living in Makati. Most importantly all the business address of the worlds reputed company resides in the heart of Makati. Indeed, the city have attained its own independence and security which many envy.

Now, you would be suprise with the news tarnishing the legacy of Binay. About the over priced Makati city hall building. I would like to ask people to see the building of Makati personally (check its quality and the way it was work) and compare it  to any other municipal building. You would be suprised that the taxes we pay is indeed has been created into a world class public use. 

The Senate is pounding Jejomar Binay due to its vocal plan to run the presidency race on 2016. You could see their move to shatter all the credibility he currently have as early as now. The Senate and the higher office has even created its own review and proceding to check upon the allegations being tailed with VP Binay. Instead of focusing a resolution to decrease the criminal rate in the PH, theyre trying to do a so called political conspiracy for the sake of their own ulterior motive on 2016. Indeed politics is always politics.

I am a citizen of PH and I've seen personally Makati and their many programs. I could only hope for the best. Most people are being tricked by how often they hear the news in the television. Sometimes the news being fed by us is being cut in the way that is beneficial to the one who is spreading it. 

TAX: The secret on how our government do their trick in incorporating taxes

There are many types of taxes in the Philippines where the main goal is to get more funds from the poor people to establish low grade structures which after sometime will eventually collapse. clap! clap! clap!

This is how they trick us, using their clever mind.

1st step.
They will find a certain object or product that has greater negative characteristics than a positive one.
Examples: Cigarettes, Soft drinks, Plastics etc

2nd step.
Once they have chosen the object. They will argue now that when they put a certain tax it will lessen the usage of this product since it has a harmful effect (their using it's negative characteristics to resonates the tax they have input is a positive remark (nobody can argue with the a wolf dressed like a sheep)).

Explanation:
Their main goal it to cash out more taxes into products which will also have a positive argument. 2 stone with one goal (clever mind, nice!) So, How can you re-battle against a  sugar coated tax for soft drinks that they want to lessen the usage of this by inputting added tax because the government loves you so much and they will do everything to stop you from drinking that harmful (as they say)soda?

Our Asian neighbour country, Singapore has established their own reputation  in the world's most competing market today. The country is tax safe haven for the wealthy society and foreign workers and was also part of the most influential cities in the world. Indeed, their country are one of the strongest and reputable, fighting along the race with western countries.

On the other hand, our dear PH is still in the faraway land full of dark side story of corruption that drag the dignity of the whole nation.

The word 'Hope' is created to pacify ourself that something better will eventually happen. That there would be days of glory in our beloved country.

Ano nga ba ang dapat gawin ng susunod na Presidente 2016?

What should be the required characteristic for next President of the Philippines on 2016?

Ang daming tanong ang dapat sagutin ng susunod na Presidente.

Citizens of the Philippines, it's time to ponder what should be the characteristic's we would like to see to our next President?

Ano nga ba ang dapat nating makita sa susunod na presidente ng Pilipinas? Tayo ay nasa taong 2014 na at ang Tekhnolohiya ay ibang iba na sa noon, ganyun din dapat sa pagpili sa tamang lider ng bansa.

Sa kasalukuyan, hinaharap ng ating bansa ang mga ganitong problema. Nakakasawa ng pakinggan at ipalabas sa telebisyon dahil paulit ulit nalang nangyayari. Paulit-ulit kasi nga walang kongkretong solusyon. Hindi pangmatagalan. Ang solusyon ay dumedepende lagi sa termino ng nakaupo.

Ang seguridad sa Pilipinas.
Sa totoo lang, nakakatakot na sa Pilipinas ngayon. Walang bagong reporma sa ating seguridad. Kahit mahirap pinapatay na. Nagkalat ang masasamang loob. Hindi mo alam kung kinabukasan buhay kapa oh nasa ilog pasig kana. Sunod sunod ang riding in tandem at patayan. Sa susunod na Presidenteng mailuluklok, nais naming malaman mo na importante sa amin na maramdaman na kami ay ligtas sa sarili naming bansa. Hindi ko sinasabing kamay na bakal na pamamalakad ngunit isang bansang ligtas sa peligro.

Ang trapiko.
Sabi nga nila only in the Philippines. Ito'y isang bagay na gusto nating mabago. Hangad namin ang maayos na reporma. Araw araw tayong bumabyahe sa kalsada. Nais naming makarating sa aming pupuntahan ng hindi naabala sa  malalang trapiko. Ang typical na Pinoy pagkatapos mag trabaho ng walo hanggan sampung oras ay kailangang bumyahe papauwi. Kadalasan sa bus at jeep na sila nakakatulog. Naubos na lahat ng pasensya nila sa bagal ng pag usad ng pampasaherong sasakyan, sa inis mo ipagpapasadyos mo nalang. Kaya lang nakakaumay yung ganung sitwasyon Lunes hanggang Biyernes. Ang progreso ng bansa ay nakasalalay sa maayos na daan. Nais naming bigyan pansin ng susunod na Presidente ang lagay ng trapiko. Napakaraming tao na ang may sariling sasakyan ngayon at hindi na sumasapat ang kasalukuyang daan meron ang Pilipinas. Isang progresibo at makabagong plano ang maari nilang simulan.

Ang sahod ng normal na Pilipino ay parang sibuyas, nakakaiyak.
Ang taas ng mga bilihin ngayon ngunit napakababa ng minimum rate sa pasahod. Kahit anong kayod ng Pinoy wala parin. Masipag ang mga Pilipino ngunit nakakalungkot kulang ang kanilang kinikita. Paano ba naman, idagdag mo pa ang tax, wala ng matitira talaga. Yung kinikita mo para sa pamilya mo at yung ipinagbabanat ng buto mo para sana sa makatarungan tax na yan na hindi mo maramdaman kung saan lupalop nagpunta. Bansa natin ito, kapakanan ng bawat Pinoy ang dapat pagtuunan ng pansin at ang kanilang kulang na kita. Patay malisya lang ang mga nakakarinig nito. Sa susunod na Presidente, itaas nyo ho ang kalidad ng pamumuhay ng tao sa Pilipinas. Burahin na ang isang kahig, isang tukang pasweldo. Nararapat na makaramdam din ang bawat empleyadong pinoy ng sigla ng ating ekonomiya sa pamamagitan ng padagdag ng aming mga pasahod.

Ang Pulo ng Pilipinas na inaangkin ng iba.
Pati mga pulo ng ating bansa, inaangkin ng iba. Wala kasi tayong kalaban laban. Nakakaawa tayo diba.
Yung mga nagtatanggol sa mga pulo na yan, nakakaawa yung mga kagamitan nila. Kaya kinakayan kayanan lang tayo ng ibang bansa eh. Hindi natin pwedeng iasa nalang sa ibang bansa na tulungan tayo. Dapat mismong gobyerno ay ipabatid nila na ang kay Juan ay kay Juan. Presidente sa 2016 bigyan mo ng pansin ang ating katubigan at kalupaan. Huwag mong hayaan ang ibang bansa ang makinabang sa pulong dapat ay kay Juan.

Nais namin malaman ng susunod na Presidente na dapat nyang bigyan ng solusyon ang mga kasalukuyang problema. Mayroon padin pag-asa sa aking puso na magkakaroon din tayo ng lider na titingin sa mga pangangailangan nating mga Pilipino. Isang lider na marunong magluklok ng marangal na ministro o gabinete na tutulong sa kanyang ipatupad ang mga batas na naglalayong mag-bigay ginhanwa sa mga Pilipino. Nagsasawa na kaming makakita ng wheel chair sa senado. Yung mga pakunwaring serbiyo ng mga pulitiko. Nais kong maibalik ang tiwala namin sa bawat taong nakaluklok sa pwesto.


Sa lahat ng makakabasa nito. Magtulong tulong tayong itaas ang dignidad ng Pinoy. Masayang malaman ng ibang bansa na hindi lang tayo magaling sa kantahan at boxing kung hindi mayroon din tayong magandang gobyerno at maayos na pamumuhay.

Maari kayong magkomento ng mga suwestiyon ninyo tungkol sa Pilipinas o sa aking naisulat.
